Jacob W. Krowicki, Jr.
Licensed Funeral Director, Manager and Owner | N.J. Lic. No. 2424 Mr. Krowicki has been Manager and Owner of Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home since 1970. He graduated from The American Academy of Funeral Service and Embalming, New York, New York and The National Selected Morticians Management School, Evanston, IL. He is a proud veteran of the United States Army and was stationed at West Point Military Academy, West Point, New York. Mr. Krowicki continues his dedication to serve his community and community memberships on both the Local and National levels. Mr. Krowicki is also a Notary Public for the state of New Jersey.
Mr. Krowicki has been a leader in Funeral service and is the Past President of The Funeral Directors’ Association of Essex, Union and West Hudson Counties. He is also an active member of New Jersey Funeral Directors Association and The National Funeral Directors Association. Mr. Krowicki has served as a Past Committeeman for Linden’s Fifth Ward, he was Chairman of The Union County Social Services Board and a former Member of Linden Local Assistance Board; In addition to his membership on the Board of Directors for the Stonewall Savings and Loan Association, Linden. He was also the President of the Linden Public Library Board, and a Past Secretary of both The Greater Elizabeth Democratic Association, Elizabeth, NJ, and The Polish Merchants and Professionals Association. In 1985, Mr. Krowicki was nominated to serve as Grand Marshal in the Pulaski Day Parade, New York, New York. He is also the Board of Directors Past Executive Vice President for the General Casimir Pulaski Memorial Parade Committee Inc., New York, New York and a proud Member and Past President of the General Pulaski Memorial Parade Committee of Linden, NJ. In 1995, Mr. Krowicki was honored by the St. Hedwig Parish, Holy Name Father of The Year. In 1983, he was awarded by the Polish American World as “Citizen of The Year”. He was also Past President of St. Adalbert’s Holy Name Society. He is a member and Past President of the Linden Lions Club, and also a member of The Polish Legion of American Veterans Post #91 of Elizabeth, The Knights of Columbus, Linden Council #2859, Sons of Poland Freedom Club of Joseph Pilsudski, Lodge #93 Bayway Polish Home, Elizabeth, The Sons of Poland Lodge #89 of Elizabeth, The Ukranian National Association, The Polish Cultural Foundation of Clark, NJ and the Catholic War Veterans Post #497. Jeffrey Krowicki Jeffrey is an active member and past President of the New Jersey, Essex, Union and West Hudson Counties Funeral Directors Association, Selected Independent Funeral Homes and Directors, member of the American Society of Embalmers, member of the Funeral Ethics Association. Jeffrey sits on the Board of the Linden Welfare Board, member of the Linden K.O.C. #2859, member of the General Casimir Pulaski Parade Committee, Jeffrey is a member of the Ukranian National Association, Polish Cultural Foundation of Clark. He is active in all the local churches and community activities in the surrounding areas. He is also a member of the N.J. State P.B.A., New Jersey State Law Enforcement Officers Association, New Jersey Fraternal Order of Police, 200 Club Member. His family’s name and heritage are strong in the surrounding community where he works and resides with his family. Michael Gunderud Michaels past experience include: aiding in the operations of one of New England’s largest direct cremation businesses, located in Maine. While in Florida, he was an asset to a family run funeral home and cemetery combination firm located within Florida’s capital city. Michael’s capacity and knowledge ranges within all faiths and cultures. Therefore, whether the services your family requires are local, international or anywhere domestically within the United States, Michael is capable of meeting your family’s pre-need or at-need concerns. To keep current with mortuary standards, Michael continues his education by attending seminars and conventions on both state and national levels. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey and is an active member of U.S.A. Hockey League, boating, playing paintball, camping, traveling, and dinning in NYC and time at the beach. *The following employees are unlicensed and not qualified to make funeral arrangements, embalming, or conduct funerals. Lois Outside of the funeral home, Lois enjoys time with her family. Patricia Office Secretary Patricia was born in Poland before emmigrating to the United States in 2001 and resides in Linden.
She is the office secretary at The Krowicki-McCracken Funeral Home and handles all the questions, paperwork and quality control. She is bilingual and she offers help when it comes to translation, etc. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading traveling and spending her time with family and friends.
Robert graduated from Elizabeth High School, and then he continued on to the Union County Police Academy where he graduated in 1991. He is currently employed as an Elizabeth Police Officer where he is assigned to the Traffic Division. Robert has also been working at the funeral home since 1999. Robert has great knowledge in all aspects of funeral service. His expertise and knowledge has led him to be one of the best. He has a loving wife and two beautiful daughters where he resides in Roselle Park. Hilda Hilda offers bi-lingual services. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and values time with her family. Richard In Richard’s free time, he is an active member of the Linden Moose Lodge and President of The Linden Church Bowling League, Linden, NJ. |
